Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Grill Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring each plate meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook grilled items and other menu offerings according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety




- Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dietary department, dietary aide role, or restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods
- Experience with food handling, catering, serving, and kitchen operations within the food industry
- Familiarity with menu planning, food service procedures, and culinary practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
