Guest Attendant – Youth Check-In/Out & Building Support
Part-Time / Seasonal / Customer Service + Youth Program Role
Vision Sports Centre is looking for a friendly, energetic Guest Attendant to join our Flex Care Youth Ecosystem program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families, supporting youth programs, and helping keep a large multi-sport facility running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Greet families and check children in/out of youth programs
- Maintain accurate sign-in sheets and ensure children are only released to authorized adults
- Answer parent questions and provide program information
- Support Game Coordinators, Coaches, and Program Manager as needed
- Assist with light cleaning throughout the shift
- Help with equipment organization and building operations tasks
- Maintain a safe, welcoming workplace for our 300,000 annual visitors

What You Bring
- Customer service or youth program background (an asset)
- Friendly, organized,
and confident interacting with parents
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Must complete:
- Criminal Record Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid/CPR
- Child Protection training (provided)
