Guest Services Agent

Hardwood Ski and Bike is a premier Outdoor Recreation Facility, known best for Nordic Skiing and Mountain Biking. We pride ourselves in offering amazing customer service for year round activities. With regular day users, events, races, corporate functions, school groups or day camp, there is always something fun happening at the resort.

Ski and Bike is looking for a dynamic Guest Services Agent to help with the continued growth and success of our customer and administrative services as well as support the Guest Services Manager.

The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members
- to answer all guest inquiries (in person, phone or email)
- Extensive knowledge in all Hardwood Ski and Bike has to offer
- Point of sale entries, data entry and daily balancing
- Daily cleaning and sanitization
- Open and close Chalet with set out protocol
- Assist as needed in other departments and communication with staff

Required skills and abilities:

- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with people
- Knowledge of MS programs, Google Drive as well as Point of Sales systems
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone and radio manner




- Attention to detail, a team mentality and a positive attitude
- Hardwood Trail knowledge considered an asset
- Smart Serve Certification is considered an asset

This is a seasonal position with full-time hours during peak times. Weekday hours between 8:30-5, weekend hours between 8-5. Start/end time varies.
