As Head of Amazon, you will own revenue, P&L;, advertising, conversion, operations, customer experience, and assortment. You will create business plans, manage financial performance, and lead day-to-day execution. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management and team development.

Key Responsibilities: Own Amazon revenue, contribution margin, profitability, and channel KPIs

Build growth plans, forecasts, budgets, promotions, and launches

Manage Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP

Improve listings, conversion, merchandising, reviews, and organic visibility

Lead operations,



inventory planning, customer experience, and team execution

Requirements: Six or more years in Amazon or marketplace ecommerce

Experience managing a multimillion-dollar Amazon P&L;

Hands-on expertise with Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns

Knowledge of Seller Central, FBA, SEO, A+ Content, and experimentation

Experience managing people and cross-functional commercial execution
