Head of Planning and Management Control (Financial Services)

Location: Montreal, QC Reports to: CFO Americas Team: 9 professionals Base salary: $180K to $200K About the role emergiTEL is hiring for a client in financial services. You will lead financial planning, management reporting, forecasting and expense control across the Americas, and manage a team spread over three locations. What you’ll do Lead the annual budget and the quarterly and monthly forecasts for Head Office Oversee monthly P&L; analysis and management dashboards for senior management and the Board Review variances and give explicit insights to support decisions Manage regional expenses, allocations, recharges and bonus accruals Lead, coach and develop your team,



and improve tools and processes What you bring 10 to 15 years in financial planning, management control or financial reporting Experience leading teams, ideally across more than one location Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and Essbase expertise Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Strong analytical and communication skills A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business (preferred) Financial services experience (an asset) This is an active position currently open for hiring. / Ce poste est activement ouvert au recrutement.
