We are looking for reliable and experienced Snow Removal Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Applicants must be dependable, safety-conscious, and available to work on-call hours during snow events — day or night — as the weather can be unpredictable.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating snow plows, tractors, or heavy equipment (loaders, graders, skid steers, etc.)
- DZ or AZ license holders are strongly encouraged to apply
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s licence
- Must be available for on-call work between November 15 – April 15
- Reliable and dependable — able to respond quickly when needed
- Commitment to working safely in winter conditions
