We are seeking a motivated and dependable Owner Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing transportation and delivery operations using your own commercial vehicle. Your expertise will ensure timely, safe, and effective movement of goods across various locations.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own commercial vehicle to transport goods between designated locations, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper securing of loads for transit
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, maintenance needs, and compliance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse personnel to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during interactions with clients and recipients
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, invoices, and incident reports as required
- Assist with warehouse activities such as moving inventory or operating forklifts when necessary to support overall operations
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license and clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and cargo handling procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and customers
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred, including familiarity with inventory management systems
- Skilled in operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
