You will lead up to 25 Room Attendants while overseeing Public Space teams, promoting service standards, and supporting a seamless guest experience. This position requires previous housekeeping or hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure room cleanliness and daily service quality
- Oversee public space cleanliness and service delivery
- Coach and develop up to 25 Room Attendants
- Lead daily briefings and team meetings
- Promote BMR Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of housekeeping or hotel experience
- Previous leadership experience with conflict management success
- Robust interactions with guests and employees
- Intermediate computer knowledge and required MS Office skills
- Property Management software knowledge is an asset
