Human Resources Generalist Brampton / Mississauga, Ontario | Onsite, five days per week Prime Management Group Inc. is partnering with our client, a metal fabrication manufacturer, to recruit an HR Generalist supporting three Ontario plants and approximately 250 employees in a non-unionized setting. This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and plant leadership. With involvement across all functional areas of human resources, you will help build positive employee relationships, support day-to-day operations, and deliver consistent HR practices across the three locations.

Supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation. Building positive employee relations through regular communication, responsiveness, and a visible presence on the plant floor. Providing guidance to supervisors and managers on employee concerns, attendance, performance management, and workplace policies.

Coordinating training and development activities and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.



Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR reporting, benefits administration, and other HR processes. Helping implement and maintain consistent policies and practices across all three plants.

Supporting compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies. Assisting with health and safety activities, training coordination, and related documentation. Previous HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.

A strong understanding of positive employee relations within a non-unionized workplace. The ability to build credibility with hourly employees, supervisors, and management. A working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices.

Exposure to occupational health and safety would be an asset. This position offers broad HR exposure across a three-plant manufacturing operation, with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a direct contribution to workplace culture and employee success. #
