NHS Scotland is recruiting for the Diabetic Eye Screening (DES) Programme post holder to lead and develop a high‑quality, QA‑driven service across the DES programme. The role focuses on delivery, strategic leadership, and continual improvement of eye screening for people with diabetes in the UK.

The post holder will drive programme development, work with clinical and operational teams, and ensure standards are met to prevent vision loss through early detection of diabetic retinopathy.
