One of our client is looking for an Incident Management Analyst who is fluently Bilingual both English & French.
Its a hybrid role 2 days onsite & can be based in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Windsor, Mississauga & Toronto
Please note - This is a bilingual role hence only candidates will full bilingual fluency apply to this role. candidate will be on call for 1-week once a month. Usual schedule will be 8-4 or 9-5.
Top Skills:
1. 2-4 years of experience - intermediate level candidate
2. Must be bilingual in French and English
3. Insurance experience or Insurance Domain knowledge
4. Ticketing experience using either Ivanti or ServiceNow
5. Dynatrace for monitoring tools
6. Perfect communication - they will be sending out company wide communications
7. ITIL experience - they dont need the certification but it would be an asset
8. Incident and Problem management experience - including post incident reviews
