Permanent | On-Site Shift Options: Compensation: $72,000–$74,000 + 5% Annual Bonus + Additional Benefits & Perks Kellow Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing global sports and outdoor products company to recruit two Warehouse Supervisors for its new Belleville distribution centre. This is an opportunity to join a rapid-growing business operating from a 200,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility featuring: Modern warehouse systems Continued growth has created the need for dedicated Inbound and Outbound leadership on each shift. These are newly created permanent positions—not replacements. The company actively promotes from within, with successful Supervisors able to progress into Production Management, Inventory Control , and other operational opportunities in Belleville or across a global organization operating in 40+ countries . Monday–Friday | 6:30 a.m.–Outbound Afternoon Shift Four 10-hour shifts Three days off every week Both positions offer the same salary and bonus opportunity. Each Supervisor will provide visible, hands-on leadership to approximately 25 unionized warehouse employees , with teams expected to continue growing.



Help the workforce adapt to new technology and processes This is an opportunity for a confident warehouse leader who can earn trust, establish accountability, and lead effectively through growth and change . Lead, coach, and support approximately 25 warehouse employees. Address performance issues appropriately without micromanaging. Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and service performance. Promote safe working practices throughout warehouse operations. Work closely with other Supervisors, Human Resources, and operational leadership. Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and operational initiatives. 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience. ~ Previous experience leading warehouse or operational employees. ~ Experience using SAP or another ERP/Warehouse Management System . Confident addressing performance issues.
