Job Description
JB Enterprises Ltd. in Barrie is actively seeking an experienced Topman to lead and coordinate construction activities on our project sites. This pivotal role requires a skilled individual who can ensure operational efficiency and safety, supervise crew members, and oversee critical tasks such as the installation and maintenance of pipelines. Supervise Construction Activities: Oversee and coordinate daily construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
- Implement and maintain strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all crew members.
- Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to direct the correct installation of pipelines and other infrastructure.
- Crew Leadership: Direct and motivate crew members,

Qualifications:
