Adecco seeks a Health and Safety Coordinator with hands-on experience in safety compliance, audits, and training. The role promotes safety across employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders while supporting company policies, COR standards, and regulations. It includes inspections, investigations, coaching, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Promote safety culture across employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments Support incident investigations and root cause analysis Deliver safety training and employee coaching Monitor contractor compliance and maintain safety records Requirements: Post-secondary education in Health and Safety or related field Three-plus years in a Health and Safety role Knowledge of OHSA, WHMIS, and safety legislation Experience with COR audits and safety programs Microsoft Office proficiency and valid driver’s license Apply your compliance, audit, training, and investigation experience as Adecco’s Scarborough Health and Safety Coordinator.
