Job Summary

Our Oil & Gas client is seeking an Industrial Hygienist to support occupational health and safety programs by identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace health hazards. The successful candidate will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe and healthy work environment across field and office operations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct workplace exposure assessments for chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards.
- Develop and implement industrial hygiene monitoring programs, including air quality, noise, and exposure sampling.
- Analyze exposure data and recommend controls to mitigate occupational health risks.
- Provide technical guidance to operations and HSE teams on exposure prevention and regulatory compliance.




- Maintain accurate records and support audits, incident investigations, and health risk assessments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of industrial hygiene experience, preferably within oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of occupational exposure assessment methods, hazard controls, and applicable health and safety regulations.
- Experience interpreting exposure monitoring data and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Qualified certifications such as CIH, ROH, CRSP, or equivalent are considered an asset.
