Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter to join our manufacturing team. This role involves applying coatings to doors and components using spray painting techniques. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality production standards in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Operate spray painting equipment efficiently and safely to apply coatings
- Maintain a clean work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure coatings meet specified standards
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Collaborate with team members on assembly, machining, or other production tasks as required





Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines during all tasks
- Prior experience in spray painting or finishing is desirable but not mandatory

This position is integral to maintaining high-quality standards within our production process, offering opportunities for skill development in various manufacturing disciplines. Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
