Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders using SAP Track orders through delivery and fulfillment Resolve shipping, inventory, pricing, and account issues Support salon product, order, and account inquiries Collaborate with field sales, logistics, and warehouse teams Requirements: One or more years in inside sales or customer service Experience with SAP or similar business systems Strong customer relationship and communication skills Experience processing and managing customer orders Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Outlook Bring order management, SAP, and customer communication skills to support salon accounts and business growth across Western Canada.
