: The Workforce Development Division at Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking applicants for an instructor to teach our Insurance Agent Training program. This instructor will teach Property & Casualty Insurance as well as Life, Accident & Health Insurance.

These courses will prepare the student to sit for the South Carolina Property & Casualty insurance state examination as well as the Life, Accident and Health insurance state examination.

Advertised Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

- To be approved as an insurance instructor by the SC DOI, must be able to obtain or currently hold (attached is application)
- P&C; and/or LA&H; licensing preferred, but not required
- 5+ years’ experience in the industry, either teaching or working in the industry

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree
