Our administrative and accounting teams support you in-house, and portfolios are kept well balanced so you can deliver the level of service our owners and tenants expect.What you'll doShow units across a variety of properties in Greater VictoriaNegotiate and approve leases on behalf of owners, and make sure lease terms are metPrepare all leasing documents and tenant noticesOrganize and manage an efficient work order processComplete and report on suite inspectionsObtain quotes, and prepare and administer contracts for property services such as maintenanceCoordinate repairs,
