Junior HRCX & Culture Consultant

This role is built for an early career professional who wants to grow in both HR and customer experience. You will be employed by The Minery, one of Canada's most respected automotive HR consulting firms, working on site five days a week at client dealerships across the Toronto area. You will work as the junior partner to our CX & Engagement Consultant, who will train you, share the thinking behind her decisions, and bring you into client meetings as you are ready.

The role

As the Junior HRCX & Culture Consultant, your work splits into two lanes. In the HR lane, you own full cycle recruitment inside HR4, the HRIS platform The Minery specializes in, keep employee records accurate, and give first line support to managers and our Sr. HR & Culture Consultants.

In the CX lane, you help our CX & Engagement Consultant measure, improve, track, and report: gathering customer feedback, building monthly reports, preparing for improvement meetings, and keeping OEM program targets on track. As your skills grow, so does your scope, from facilitating client meetings to owning an OEM program and taking on client accounts of your own.

What you will do

- Lead full cycle recruitment for assigned client accounts within HR4, from posting and screening through to offers and onboarding
- Build relationships with GMs and key managers to understand hiring needs and maintain active talent pipelines for priority roles
- Support Sr. HR & Culture Consultants with employee relations matters, documentation, and policy interpretation
- Keep recruitment and employee records accurate in HR4 and action forms and change requests promptly
- Collect and organize customer feedback from OEM surveys, Google reviews, mystery shops, and self assessments
- Compile and trend CX data in Excel to build monthly dealership reporting and track OEM program KPIs




- Help prepare for monthly dealership improvement meetings, take notes, and track action items through to resolution
- Support onboarding plans, new hire check ins, orientation sessions, and quarterly internal mystery shops
- As experience grows: facilitate client meetings, own an OEM program, and support quarterly HR reviews

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in HR, recruitment, customer experience, or a related field
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Demonstrated experience with full cycle recruitment is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting and filtering, pivot tables, and charts, with the ability to turn raw data into a clear summary
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365, HR information systems, and applicant tracking platforms
- Holds or is actively working towards a CHRP designation
- Comfortable in a client facing, consulting, or multi stakeholder environment
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data accuracy and documentation
- A proactive, ownership oriented approach. You see what needs to be done and you close the loop
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools like Claude and contemporary HR platforms
- Experience facilitating, training, or coaching is an asset
- Knowledge of the automotive or dealership sector is an asset but not required

What we offer

- $50,000 to $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
