We're looking for someone who combines strong technical aptitude with outstanding communication skills, curiosity, and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.

You don't need Salesforce experience to apply. If you have a solid foundation in software development, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude, we'll help you develop the specialized skills needed to succeed.

What you'll be doing

As part of our development and consulting team, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and customizations on the Salesforce platform.
- Work with technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with experienced developers and consultants to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Participate in discussions to understand client needs, ask questions, and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, improve existing functionality, and support client solutions.
- Learn about emerging technologies, including Agentforce and other AI tools.
- Contribute to both small enhancements and larger implementation projects.





What we're looking for Strong communication skills are just as important to us as technical ability.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and can explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences.
- Has a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and database concepts.
- Has experience with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python through coursework, personal projects, or professional experience.
- Enjoys analytical thinking, problem-solving, and finding creative solutions.
- Is comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions constructively, and collaborating with others.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work and pays attention to detail.
- Is self-motivated, curious, and eager to develop new technical and qualified skills.

Nice to have — but not required

- Exposure to Salesforce through Trailhead, coursework, certifications, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, or application integrations.
- Interest in AI, automation, CRM platforms, or cloud technologies.
- Experience with Git or other version control tools.
- Previous co-op, internship, or team-based software development experience.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
