Civic Hotel is seeking a motivated Commi to join its kitchen team. This entry-level cook works under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other items using a variety of equipment and techniques in line with kitchen standards.
You will follow recipes and prep sheets, keep a clean and organized workspace, and assist with equipment maintenance while upholding food safety.
