As a Project Manager, you will: Will be accountable for and directly manage critical Programs and Projects, coordinate logistics and resources, conduct planning and working sessions, and build lasting relationships to meet Project objectives. Align with Key Stakeholders from Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and the Business to manage, track, report, and ensure the success of Solera's most key efforts. Establish, continually manage, and communicate with Project stakeholders and Executive and Senior Management regarding project expectations, and provide reporting insights on issues through root cause analyses Practical, innovative, data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, candidate will need to leverage and implement Project management tools, processes, and KPIs to increase visibility, create stability, and ensure adoption.
