Lead laboratory operations in Burnaby with hands-on experience across molecular biology, biochemistry, and electrochemistry environments. This is a fully on-site role. Anodyne seeks an organized Lab Manager for its two Burnaby R&D; laboratories. You will maintain protected, stocked, research-ready facilities while coordinating scientists, engineers, contractors, and vendors. The work includes inventories, equipment records, purchasing, maintenance, training, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across both R&D; laboratories Maintain inventories, equipment logs, schedules, and training records Manage purchasing, quotes, vendors, and laboratory operating budgets Oversee calibrations, maintenance, commissioning,



and decommissioning Coordinate hazardous materials, waste, inspections, and emergency preparedness Requirements: BSc in science or engineering, or equivalent certification More than one year managing a laboratory environment Hands-on molecular biology, biochemistry, or chemical laboratory experience Hazardous chemical, compressed gas, WHMIS, and safety knowledge TDG certification or willingness to obtain Bring laboratory operations, safety, purchasing, and cross-functional coordination expertise to Anodyne’s Burnaby research facilities.
