Greycor Projects is a fast-growing Lower Mainland renovation company specializing in larger home renovations such as high-end kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and finish carpentry. We run structured, tech-driven job sites, with centralized scheduling, budgets, and daily logs, so you can focus on the work.

We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter to run the day-to-day on site: guiding the crew, keeping quality and pace on track, and staying aligned with our Operations Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be on the tools every day alongside your crew, not just directing from the sidelines. It’s for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow long-term, not a short-term stop.

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of residential renovation experience in Canada across framing, finishing, tile, flooring, cabinetry, decks, and millwork etc.
- Crew leadership experience (foreman or lead carpenter)
- Strong communication with clients,



trades, and your team
- Valid driver’s licence, clean record, reliable vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship)

Compensation & advantages

- $30–$50/hour, based on experience
