Licensed Practical Nurses provide person-centered care, medication management, and clinical documentation indoors within The Salvation Army facility. Some shift and weekend work may be required. Reporting to the unit manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse assesses clients, plans individualized care, and evaluates outcomes.

The position coordinates Personal Service Plans, supports activities of daily living, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams. It also guides delegated tasks and maintains continuity of care.

and outcomes electronically Provide personal care supporting dignity, safety, and comfort Requirements: Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program Required certification under applicable provincial legislation Current First Aid and CPR certification Two years of related experience required Knowledge of nursing standards and basic care procedures Bring assessment, medication administration, documentation, and compassionate client care skills to The Salvation Army’s nursing services.
