About Us : IC-22 is Ottawa’s Hakka Spot, serving bold, flavourful Indo-Chinese food made fresh to order. We’re a fast-paced kitchen with a loyal customer base, and we’re looking for a skilled line cook to join our team.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare Indo-Chinese dishes on the wok station, including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, and more
- Chop, slice, and julienne vegetables and proteins quickly and consistently
- Keep up with a busy kitchen during peak hours and delivery rushes
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to use a wok confidently on a high-heat range (REQUIRED)
- Strong knife skills, especially chopping and julienne




- Experience in Asian or Indo-Chinese cooking is highly valued
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
