We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team at Oretta Front St and Simcoe St Downtown. We are looking for Line Cooks who have experience in: Garde Manager, Grill, and Pasta stations primarily.

About The Role

We are looking for Full time Line Cooks to join our newest location: Oretta Front St W.

We are not looking for anyone unable to work under 40 hours a week. Shift times will depend on business needs and we are looking for Full-time and open availability.

Minimum 2 years of Line Cook experience.

Wage will depend on experience but range between 18-22/hr.

You will report to our Head Chef and Sous Chefs. Following recipes with skill and consistency, we are looking for Line Cooks with Italian cuisine menu knowledge with much consideration and care for sauces, making pasta dishes from scratch, mains with care and consistency, and garnishing with attention to detail. If you have a passion for cooking authentic Italian dishes, we want to meet with you!

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has experience prepping for menu changeover throughout the day,



has an open availability and is reliable with a strong work ethic. A strong team player who is highly organized and able to multitask and a minimum of 2-years BOH kitchen line cook experience is required.
