As Plant Manager, you oversee Wakefield’s manufacturing plant within the Supply Chain Leadership Team. You manage operations, quality, service levels, expenses, regulatory compliance, and annual manufacturing objectives. The position also connects Manufacturing with Production Planning, Inventory and Demand Planning, and Distribution Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum six years’ supply chain management experience

Manufacturing operations, systems, ERP, and change leadership experience

Solid problem solving, communication, negotiation, planning, and leadership skills
