Reporting to the HVAC Service Manager, you will be working with our contractors during installs, start-ups, and helping services run smoothly from day one. You’ll provide expert support in the field and over the phone, troubleshoot technical issues, and get hands-on with industry-leading products. This role is not an on-call position

piping, programming, and general troubleshooting Connect with our manufacturers to obtain technical information and support materials Attend customer sites to provide hands-on support during installs, commissioning, troubleshooting, andadditionalresponsibilities asrequired Assistwith processing warranty claims by working closely with contractors and our internal team to keep the process movingin a timely manner Travel to manufacturer facilities for in-depth product training asrequired Licensed 313A Refrigeration Mechanic and G1 Gas Technician Willing and able to travel within our service territories (territory dependent on location of hire) Three to five (3-5) years of experience with commercial and industrial HVAC service A solid understanding of computersand Microsoft Office,including openness to learning – computers and electronics are a large part of how we support modern HVAC systems Detail-oriented and reliable, following through on deadlines and commitments to customers Working in extreme temperatures (heat and cold) At O’Dell HVAC Group,we’reall about building a workplace where everyone can thrive.
