Build custom switchboards at Eaton’s Milton facility, wiring control panels from diagrams during the 3:30 pm to 12:00 AM shift.

As an Electrical Assembler, you will wire engineered-to-order switchboards using one-line diagrams and customer drawing packages. The work requires complex wiring experience, electrical device connections, functional testing, and careful rework. Eaton’s Milton site is its largest manufacturing facility in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and wire control panels for custom switchboards
- Route, connect, and terminate wires for electrical devices
- Identify design issues through appropriate communication channels
- Perform continuity checks and wire pull tests
- Repair or rework issues found during inspection

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 months in a full time wiring position
- Experience using wiring and power tools
- Ability to read and write English effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Residence within 80 KM of Milton, Ontario
