THEN THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU!Job DescriptionThe BC Lions Football Club is looking for highly energetic, driven, and motivated individuals who have a passion for sports and are willing to learn the ticket sales & service process for the position of Inside Sales Representative.Participate in our Sales & Service Training Program; BC Lions Training CampMeet daily call & activity quotas in order to attain individual and organizational sales goalsDaily monitoring of ROAR Line for inbound sales and general inquiriesVisit prospects and customers during home gamesHelp grow our Fan base by identifying and facilitating new ticket salesGenerate ticket sales revenue through lead generation and qualifying prospectsGenerate contacts through both inside and outside sales networking opportunitiesFollow up on all sales leads assignedDevelop and maintain relationships through excellent customer serviceAttend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings, coming prepared to provide input on the success or challenges that are currently being experiencedAssist with Game day duties, as requiredMaintain computerized records in a CRM of all clients and prospects via ticketing software; and,Provide support during special events and promotions, as required.Required Experience And QualificationsProfessional attitudeDesire to work in sportsExcellent command of the English language, with superior communication skills,



both written and oralOutstanding telephone skills exemplifying enthusiasm, confidence, & excitementAbility to work well on a team and independentlyAbility to develop a conversation into a saleStrong time-management and organizational skills (multi-tasking a must!)Self-motivated with a positive friendly attitudeKnowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and Archtics ticketing system is preferred.Grade 12 required; diploma or degree an assetBecause working during games and special events is expected, the individual must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidaysHOW MUCH WILL YOU MAKE?Base Salary is $38,000 plus the opportunity for a paid bonus.
