Job Summary

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Marketing & Business Development Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase public awareness, strengthen stakeholder relationships, expand business opportunities, and support the organization's strategic growth objectives. The position combines marketing, communications, partnership development, community engagement, and business development to enhance Ever Green Environmental Corporation's visibility, increase recycling participation, and identify recent revenue opportunities.

- Public Relations, and Internal Support.Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Commerce, Environmental Studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in marketing,



business development, communications, government relations, proposal writing, or partnership development.

Experience in environmental, municipal, recycling, public sector, or non-profit organizations is an asset.Working Conditions: Office-based with some travel throughout Newfoundland and Labrador and Canada, Occasional evening and weekend work.

Other Qualifications: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

An energetic, relationship-focused professional who is passionate about environmental sustainability and community engagement, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate opportunities into measurable organizational growth.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
