You will align marketing plans with ECU’s mission, vision, and priorities while coordinating internal and external partners. The position combines higher-level planning with hands-on execution and budget management.

Key Responsibilities: Develop integrated campaigns supporting recruitment and public engagement

Manage ECU brand awareness campaigns and strategic budgets

Provide messaging, branding, and marketing recommendations

Prepare analytics reports using ROI and cost-performance metrics





Coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal campaign partners

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Five-plus years’ progressive strategic marketing experience

Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, SEO, and SEM

Knowledge of audience segmentation and performance analytics

Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
