The Site Superintendent serves as the senior field leader for assigned projects. You will translate plans into execution while coordinating labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field teams. The position works with the Project Manager to achieve project requirements and HMS standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Extensive field leadership experience in mechanical construction

Experience leading large field teams and multiple supervisors

Demonstrated success delivering complex projects

Solid knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

Trade Certification, construction education, or Gold Seal Certification preferred or considered an asset
