Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems and products. This role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to turn requirements into practical, reliable designs. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical knowledge, sound engineering judgment, and experience with CAD tools and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

- Develop and refine mechanical components, assemblies, and system designs from concept through production.

- Create and maintain 3D models, technical drawings, and drafting documentation using CAD software.

- Prepare and interpret schematics, specifications, and engineering documentation.

- Evaluate designs for performance, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and compliance with applicable requirements.

- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve production issues and improve processes, tooling, and product quality.

- Support prototyping, testing, data analysis, and validation of mechanical systems.

- Use engineering tools and methods, such as MATLAB or LabVIEW, to analyze system behavior and test results.





- Work with programmable logic controllers and related equipment when supporting automated systems.

- Coordinate design changes and maintain accurate records throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Skills

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and practical mechanical knowledge.

- Experience with CAD and 3D design tools; familiarity with SolidWorks and Creo is preferred.

- Ability to produce and interpret technical drawings, drafting documents, and schematics.

- Understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and design for manufacturability.

- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and automated equipment.

- Experience with MATLAB and/or LabVIEW for analysis, modeling, or testing is an advantage.

- Robust problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Pay: $48,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
