Working under the Team Leader’s guidance, you will help develop procedures, monitor resident interests, maintain records, and support recreation activities. - Help develop and revise departmental procedures and programs
- Set up activity areas and transport residents when required
- Monitor residents’ interests, needs, and progress

Requirements:

- Relevant diploma, degree, or equivalent senior-care work experience
- Experience working with seniors and understanding motivation concepts
- Understanding of leisure principles
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and required records checks
