This Registered

Nurse provides direct patient care while following BCCNM standards and Fraser Health’s Mission and Values. The work includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, interventions, evaluation, discharge planning, and collaboration with an interprofessional care team. You will also perform vascular diagnostic testing when qualified through the Fraser Health Regional ABI course.

Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care Coordinate care plans with patients, families, and interprofessional teams Prepare patients for testing and explain procedures Perform vascular tests and submit findings to physicians Teach patients and families about health maintenance and self-care Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM Successful Fraser Health Regional ABI course completion for ABI procedures Apply assessment, clinical reasoning, patient education, and care coordination skills as a Registered Nurse with Fraser Health. #
