Drive seasonal merchandising calendars at American Tall using project management, Excel, and data analysis skills. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

As Merchandising Project Lead, you will execute strategic initiatives for the apparel business while managing projects with minimal oversight. You will improve workflows, create operating policies, and support product coordination. The position requires solid communication, organization, and analytical thinking across evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Own seasonal merchandising calendars and establish key milestones

Identify timeline risks and communicate changes across stakeholders

Lead strategic initiatives and improve merchandising workflows

Create templates, reports, and product lists for teams





Maintain accurate product information in merchandising systems

Requirements

Two to three years in merchandising or project management

Degree or diploma in fashion merchandising, business, or management preferred

Working knowledge of product development lifecycle

Intermediate Excel skills including Index Match and Pivot Tables

Experience analyzing large datasets with data-based tools

Apply merchandising project leadership, stakeholder coordination, Excel, and analytical skills to support American Tall’s seasonal delivery.
