We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination of preventive maintenance, MRO purchasing, spare-parts inventory, CMMS administration, contractor coordination and maintenance-related reporting Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, EHS and external suppliers to ensure maintenance requirements are effectively coordinated while supporting Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements and continuous improvement initiatives Maintenance & CMMS Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and scheduling Maintain the Megamation CMMS, including assets, work orders, PM records, schedules,



equipment setup and reports Collect maintenance data and prepare monthly BOS/KPI reports and other maintenance reports as required Support maintenance audits, contingency planning and preventive maintenance planning Provide floor support and assist with maintenance job setup as required Provide backup support to the Maintenance Planner MRO Purchasing & Vendor Coordination Create and maintain purchase requisitions and MRO purchase orders, including blanket orders, services and waste management requirements Source, order and expedite MRO materials and services, including urgent/emergency maintenance requirements Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal departments Resolve
