Recruiting in Motion is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media (Digital Advertising) to lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels in a highly visible, omnichannel retail workplace. You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and connect media performance to retail objectives while collaborating with internal teams and a paid media agency. This is a hands-on, strategic-then-tactical role based in Vaughan, four days a week.
