Job Overview

- We are seeking a skilled Russian Manicure Specialist to provide accurate, high-quality nail care and a welcoming client experience.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to excellent sanitation, and able to recommend services and products based on each client’s needs.
- Minimum 2 years of professional nail technician experience.
- Advanced skills in Russian Dry Manicure and E-file techniques.
- Exceptional precision in cuticle work, with a clean and safe finish.
- Flawless gel application, proper nail shaping, and smooth, even structure.
- Strong experience with gel overlays, structured manicures, and refills.
- Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Professional, friendly, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality while working efficiently.
- Commitment to a long-term working relationship.

Important: Nail art photos alone are not sufficient. We specifically need to see the quality of your manicure and gel application on real hands. This is a part-time position for 3 days per week: Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Responsibility

- Perform Russian manicures and other nail care services with attention to detail and client comfort.
- Assess clients’ nail condition, discuss preferences, and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly sanitize tools and equipment between clients.
- Deliver attentive customer service, communicate clearly, and help clients feel comfortable throughout their appointments.
- Explain service options and provide product recommendations through thoughtful retail sales and upselling.
- Follow applicable health, safety, and sanitation practices.
