You will lead journalists, oversee editorial decisions, and support accurate, compelling storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Video Journalists, anchors, and newsroom staff

Lead editorial decisions across Pattison Media platforms

Coach writing, presentation, storytelling, and performance

Requirements: Minimum 10 years of newsroom experience
