We are currently hiring for two positions:

Position 1: Full-Time Night Auditor

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and complete check-ins and check-outs.
- Process reservations, payments and guest inquiries.
- Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate financial records.
- Respond to guest requests and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Perform light cleaning and other duties as required.

Requirements:

- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.

Position 2: Flexible Front Desk / Housekeeping Agent We are looking for a versatile team member who can assist with both front desk operations and housekeeping at our two Hardisty properties.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests, manage reservations and process check-ins and check-outs.




- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and public spaces.
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties as needed.
- Work between both hotel properties based on operational requirements.

Requirements:

- Flexible availability, including days, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work in both front desk and housekeeping roles.
- Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to work at both Hardisty locations.
