Title: Direct Care Worker (DCW) / Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Caregiver) Available Shifts Full-time M-T Overnight Shift 10p-8a (We are also looking for PRN's As needed) Group Home Manager Place of Duty: Group Homes Job purpose: To plan and carry out direct care of individuals with Developmental Disabilities Adult/Children. Monitor and ensure the health and safety of all individuals living in the home. Administer medications as prescribed by a medical professional.

Transport individual to appointments, visits, and activities/community events. When applicable implement behavior building plans. Actively interact with individuals in the home throughout your shift. Complete all required Documentation before leaving shift.

Ensure the home is clean and in valuable repair. Employee also agrees to maintain all required DDD certifications and a valid fingerprint card throughout the duration of their employment with Sunny Field Residential Homes LLC.

Proficient with the English language: written and verbal High School Diploma, and minimum one year experience in the DDD or Behavioral Health Field.



Must have Article 9, Prevention and Support, CPR and First Aid certificates within 90 days of hire.
