The Shelter Resource Worker (SRW) at Lookout Housing and Health Society supports homeless adults in a 24/7 emergency shelter in Surrey, providing intake, orientation, and connections to services as per Lookout's mission and COR standards. Reporting to the Site Manager, SRWs work Sunday through Thursday 2300–0700, earning $29.62–$31.40 per hour under the Collective Agreement.

A first aid certificate, CPI training, and solid documentation skills are required, with sobriety and safety as
