Tornado Haulers Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR & Safety Coordinator with hands-on experience in the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driver recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain driver files, licenses, abstracts, and compliance documents.
- Manage driver safety, training, and safety meetings.
- Monitor DOT, FMCSA, NSC, and transportation safety compliance.
- Maintain safety records, handle violations, and assist with audits.
- Support HR activities and driver-related documentation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in trucking HR, driver hiring, and safety compliance is a must.
- Knowledge of commercial driver documentation and transportation regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
