Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and driving sales in a retail environment. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide support in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Robust basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment.
- A passion for sales and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
