Lead centre-store service at Save-On-Foods in Kerrisdale, using team coaching and customer service skills in a part time position.

As Assistant Department Manager, you will help lead team members and support Always Customer First service. The position requires open availability and availability for 40 hours weekly. You will use community, competitive, and industry knowledge to develop strategies that grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with leading and supporting the centre-store team
- Coach, mentor, and provide resources to team members
- Communicate important messages across the team
- Count stock accurately and maintain correct inventory amounts
- Identify and develop future leaders through team support

Requirements:

- Open availability and availability for 40 hours weekly
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Food Safe Certification
- Passion for great food and outstanding customer service
- Strong work ethic, integrity, enthusiasm, and initiative
