Deliver oxygen equipment across the Muskoka region with ProResp, combining equipment maintenance, patient interaction, and scheduled community service. This full-time position includes rotational on-call duties.

As a Service Delivery Representative with Muskoka ProResp in Huntsville, you will deliver and maintain oxygen-related equipment between Muskoka and North Bay. The work includes setting up equipment for recent oxygen clients, serving existing clients, and providing instructions about operation and safety. You will complete documentation, vehicle inspections, loading procedures, and required home oxygen and TDG training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and maintain oxygen-related equipment between Muskoka and North Bay
- Set up equipment for new oxygen clients
- Serve existing clients according to daily schedules




- Instruct clients on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Complete vehicle inspections, loading, and required documentation

Requirements:

- Valid G Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift 60 pounds regularly and manipulate 100 pounds
- Exceptional customer service skills and patient interaction ability
- Secondary school graduation at minimum
- Satisfactory vulnerable sector screening and functional assessment completion

Support patients throughout Muskoka and North Bay through oxygen equipment delivery, maintenance, instruction, and exceptional client care.
